PAYMENT

 

* 50% Deposit due at time of reservation to reserve the hunt date

* Payment in full will be paid 30 days prior to day of arrival

* Deposits and payments are non-refundable

* Deposits are transferrable to another hunter not currently

booked with Trophy Club Outfitters

* Any cancellation without a 60 day prior notification is

subject to full charge

* Hunts do not include license fees,

 meat processing,  taxidermy, etc.

POLICIES

 

* Safety belts are required for tree stand hunting

* ATV’s used by management only

* All property posted against trespassing

* Hunts begin on day after arrival

* Hunters are asked not to arrive before 1:00 PM,

suggested arrival time between 10:00 am and Noon

* We are not responsible for any accident, injury, or theft

* Prices are subject to change

RESTRICTIONS

 

* HUNTING LICENSE NOT INCLUDED

(see www.indianaoutdoor.in.gov)

* $1500 charge back if less than minimum (15” inside, 8 pt or less) STRICTLY ENFORCED

(www.in.gov/dnr/fishwild)

* NO MORE THAN 8 hunters on property per week

ACCOMODATIONS

 

* Room & Board included on all hunts unless otherwise specified

* Campers and tents are welcome on our property, please call for details

* The Hunting Lodge is a 2000 sq ft facility with 7 individual rooms, and indoor availability to shoot bow, all within walking distance to tree stands!
